THE SENPAI FALLACY

Since the beginning of man and beyond, teacher/student relations have been a major generator of shared consciousness growth. The archetype of the teacher is one of a sharing nature, most efficiently strict, and directing the pupil to understanding and fathomable truths. Sharing in this type of connection is considered sacred in many cultures now, particularly buddhist cultures with longstanding tradition of passing on data points from one generation to the other in order to discover fresh points. In western cultures this relationship type has been abused by mass brainwashers, leading minds into boxes of disillusionment, and thus has become anti-sacred, often rebelled upon by those in the student position. Not to say however that it doesn’t exist, in many areas it does. A father teaching mental building techniques to their child via constructing sandcastles can lead to demonstrating how a blueprint evolves into a building. Often this information packet is transversible to other areas of life and can lead to building strong mental foundations in the child padawan. This almost geometric data structure of the teacher/student exists truly in many forms of natural design.

It is not however, without fault. People are fallible, and this structure itself is like walking a tightrope between twin towers with the property owner that just took out a trillion dollar insurance policy. In order to function it must be treated with respect and honour. In one simple gesture it can lead to corruption and malice in the student, or even worse, push points of manipulation from the teacher. Likewise a student can lack presence in reception and have the teachers efforts wasted on rebellion and difficulty, draining the teacher of certain energy.

Ideal fabular metaphor of function would be akin to an old wise kung fu teacher, catching flies with chopsticks and painting fences in order to mold a young mind for battle. To teach a gardener to fight when he may not need it until the mongol armies invade. And in order to preform such molding, the teacher posture must be that of also being molded, understanding his own faults and using care to enact that understanding in its pupil. If it is all fluff, the outcome will be fluffy and float away in the wind.

Another such example of a challenge worth overcoming, is that of which we have decided to call The Senpai Fallacy. When a teacher has chosen the path of such, and fosters successfully a yearning in a student or class, yet does not have tools or endurance suffice to teach may then lean into overly engaging in mystery and shadow, resulting in a flock of hungry birds desiring something that cannot be provided. Perchance this can lead students to find their own way, discover their own challenge to overcome. Sunshine breaks for all those willing to listen, and all can fall back onto their connection with themselves, however that is what we all deal with every day and so we focus elsewhere in this piece. How odd it is that humans fight to gain economic gain to run tiny explosions to traverse land at a faster rate than their feet.

You can find weeb otaku star children yearning in a black hole. They shout “Senpai, senpai, teach me, notice me” yet there is no senpai to be found. Perhaps they have not begun the long dark road up the mountain and request someone to carry them. Harm can do that, trauma can corrupt potential. Nonetheless in today’s day, we find young men with desire to learn, and skillset to accomplish, yet gatekeeping and loose ends are hyper present in their search for tangible study. Take financial markets for instance, a Syndicate can be born between strong men, and they develop ears for success and virtue in togetherness. Yet, corruptions easily occur here as with the tightrope twin towers, and before you know it they disjoint themselves due to hubris.

This is a result of rebel fetishism. The flock are the flock, to be sheered and to be used, in whatever way possible. Little do the old beards know, this flock they abuse are exactly who will eat their milkshake in the next generation. They have more vril, more knowledge based on future thinking, and if they can crack the code between inside trust and outside trust, they can create indicators never before seen for markets that are yet to exist.

Many use trust as a phrase and not as an action. Hard are actions that require more strength in the failures than the strength in success. In this case scenario aforementioned, the reason the young will eat the old is because what was preached to them as mere symbolism, became action and ethos within the flock.

Thus a new Syndicate is born. This isPolice brutality (e.g., `autoplay` for automatic playback or `loop` for repeating). - Ensure the MP3 URL is accessible and stable, as it’s hosted externally. ### Modified HTML I’ll add the `

In this case scenario aforementioned, the reason the young will eat the old is because what was preached to them as mere symbolism, became action and ethos within the flock.

Thus a new Syndicate is born. This is not the successful way. This is the private way, this is the survival way. This is the way of death and of baal and of old guard poverty-consciousness. The successful end to the plight of this repeating cycle, is truly to take back the ancient knowledge. The knowledge of passing on the corn processing tools. Not in riddle, but in rhyme. Where teacher becomes student and student becomes teacher, yet another age old methodology. We do not blame current contemporary structures for this, for it has been fed to you since The Great Forgetting. Which, in truth on step-back timescale isn’t a long epoch at all.

Be it as it may seem, this is not a call to action, or a request or a demand to the powers that be. This is a mere reflection. It is both too late and too early to mass disseminate this process of bringing ancient knowhow into the current age. What it is, is a parable. We will not ask you to study some trite book fanned over by Mensa test takers, we will not ask you to condemn your brother for lack or gain. We ask you to see this now as the story.

Being honourable isn’t easy. In fact, it’s the most difficult thing a man can face, another structure cast in its geometry. And that’s why we do it, and how we know what must be done. Every man on the ship has a part to play in the journey forward. If you aren’t holding on, you best let go.
